Job Title: Front Office Receptionist Department:

FLSA Status: $13-15 pr/hr min/Negotiable depending on experience
Summary
Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms. Greeting showroom walk-ins and helping with questions and project information.
Maintaining all leads from multiple social media and CRM platforms and keeping them in a daily tracking system.
Potential to transition to salary is available upon scheduled reviews with PTO benefits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
