PMR Companies, a premier Multi -Family Property Management Company, is seeking a Groundskeeper for Rolling Hills Apartments in Louisville, KY.
Groundskeeper - Job Description
Position is primarily responsible for keeping the property grounds, stairways, and other common areas neat, clean and free from debris. Position may also be required to perform other cleaning duties, light maintenance and assist in preparing units for move in.
Groundskeeper - Job Requirements
Chosen candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment reference check, background check and drug screen.
High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required.
Light Maintenance experience is required.

Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
