As a Coach Senior within PNC's ALM, Capital Markets, Risk and Finance (ACFR) Strategy & Innovation organization, you can sit remotely.This is a remote position that can sit within the PNC footprint, although it may not be available in all jurisdictions. Certain job responsibilities may require in-person, in office activities on a regular basis.

Coach, mentor and guide our teams to figure out the best solutions for their specific portfolio challenges
Analyze our team’s existing approach and implement improvements to help streamline processes and create efficiencies.
5 years of experience as an Agile Coach
Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaling Frameworks
Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity on various tech stacks
Strong leader, educator, and coach
An excellent communicator, listener and motivator
Provides expertise and leadership for portfolios and product development lifecycles. Effective in driving cultural and technical change and leading transformation.
Provides process and technical coaching to the team(s), including the establishment of new teams
Collaborating with team to drive the maturity of processes and practices; identify and facilitate continuous improvements.
Facilitates discussions across multiple levels of stakeholders to identify and escalate highly complex problems impeding teams' delivery/progress.
Identifying learning and development opportunities for team on the subject of agile methodology, principles and/or tools; customizing, maintaining and delivering training materials as needed.

- Provides coaching to groups of teams team(s), including the establishment of new teams, and summarizing and promoting best practices.
- Collaborating with senior enterprise leadership to drive the maturity of processes and practices; identify and facilitate continuous improvements.
- Facilitates discussions across multiple levels of stakeholders to identify and escalate highly complex problems impeding teams' delivery/progress.
- Identifying learning and development opportunities for multiple teams on the subject of agile methodology, principles and/or tools; customizing, maintaining and delivering training materials as needed.
