As a Bus Systems Analyst Conslt within PNC's Retail MIS organization. This is a remote position and can sit anywhere within the PNC footprint, except for Colorado, Hawaii or Alaska. There is limited expectation for regular in person, in office activities.• Coordinate delivery teams through the Release Process, guiding best practices, cross team coordination, Risk assessment and mitigation and policy enforcement.
• Oversee and understand all aspects of the User Experiences space delivery cycle, and coordinate Run, Change and Executive awareness communications.
• Manage multiple aspects of configuration management and ensure the coordinated integration of incremental versions of applications and systems.
• Engage with Application, Support, Risk and Testing managers to ensure seamless communication across channels, identify and implement efficiencies for quality and robust deliveries.
• Coordinate the build and maintenance of the infrastructure for configuration and release management, for new or enhanced application systems.
• Oversee configuration management procedures and processes; administering version control and issue tracking.
• Coordinate a phased-release approach to application/system development and testing
• Facilitate and ensure Corporate and Retail policies and best practices are aligned with business strategy and technical development processes, engage with peers throughout the integrated channels to close gaps and ensure coordination on collaborative efforts.

- Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary .
