Job Summary
Po'ailani, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse in a pleasant community setting with flexible hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum Associates Degree
- Applicants must have a Registered Nurse License
- Nursing experience preferred including psychiatric experience. Willing to train.
- Must pass criminal background check
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Services provided by the Registered Nurse include but are not limited to the following:
- Working with individuals with severe mental illness and substance use disorders in a Licensed Dual Diagnosis Residential Treatment program.
- Assessing patients medical and psychiatric needs.
- Referring to community providers as needed.
- Following up with community providers recommendations.
- Leading a weekly medication management group.
- Working closely with para-professional staff to monitor patients’ medications.
- Excellent computer skills a must, in addition to having experience with Word and Excel programs.
- Other duties as necessary.
- On-going training is provided.
