We are a growing boutique law firm specializing in business, litigation, and real estate law. We have a branch office in Fishers and are seeking two associate attorneys with at least three to five years of experience in our areas of practice. Must have experience in taking depositions, conducting paper discovery, and drafting dispositive motions. Trial experience is also required.
Position duties include research and drafting pleadings and other legal documents in a variety of legal practice areas, preparing and answering discovery, attending hearings, attending mediation, and meeting with current and prospective clients.
