JOB SUMMARY
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer you will be responsible for attracting top talent in your assigned vertical. You will collaborate with Recruiters, HRBPs, and Hiring Leaders to identify the ideal candidates for assigned roles. Sourcers will actively identify and engage passive candidates on various tools and databases, promoting PODS as an employer of choice and an industry leader. You will maintain active list of qualified candidates in assigned areas.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Candidate Ident [ Link Removed ] and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research.Research, develop and utilize innovative recruitment strategies to provide a diverse pool of qualified candidates.Use filters and Boolean keywords searches within resume database tools to find ideal candidates.Screen candidate profiles and resumes for preferred qualifications.
