- Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
- Keep customers up to date in a timely manner on the status of their vehicle.
- Capable of working in a fast paced environment.
- Must complete accurate repair orders in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Listen to customers concerns and provide estimates for recommended maintenance and or repairs.
- Verify all work performed and charges are correct on final repair order.
- Capable of working under pressure and manage multiple tasks while ensuring truly exceptional customer service.
- Must be able to work independently and without supervision.
- Weekends required.
- Salary discussed upon interview.
- Must have valid Drivers License.
