The Marketing Operations Manager creates, drives, and implements marketing programs. They oversee the firm’s website (pointb.com), and partner with IT, external vendors, and internal cross functional stakeholders to provide optimal customer experience and backend management. The Marketing Operations Manager also manages reporting of key marketing campaigns including collaborating with stakeholders to measure results. They manage high profile programs/projects working closely with Marketing and Sales Insights Team members. The Marketing Operations Manager is also the proxy to the Director of Marketing Operations and will step in as appropriate.
WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:
Oversees and manages pointb.com driving the next evolution of our website partnering with internal stakeholders, IT, and external vendors to build, develop and execute.
Supports Director and Chief Marketing and Sales Ops Office with key initiative business case development and analysis as needed.
Oversees Marketing Intake process and overall status of all projects managed by the Marketing and Sales Insights Team.
Leads the measurement of key marketing campaigns working with Industry Marketing Managers, Sales Insights Analysts and cross functional stakeholders.
Drives vendor evaluation and selection for marketing technology solutions
Manages and updates marketing collateral and tools and maintains internal marketing portal to ensure it makes sense to the end user.
Determines key metrics across marketing, sales and product, and report results
Supports team efforts and builds authentic relationships with individuals in work groups and teams
Consistently demonstrates and lives Point B cultural tenets and values
Participates in firm culture activities to connect regularly with other Point B’ers (e.g., Firmwide Operations Meetings, Geo Meetings)

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:
B.A. or B.S. degree
7-10 years business-to-business services marketing experience, including website management experience.
Experience using contact management tools and social media tools
Experience with common office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience with Adobe products, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver is a plus
Experience with Human Centered Design (HCD) Principles a plus
