Point B is looking for an experienced Recruiting Coordinator (contract) to join our team. The Recruiting Coordinator will focus on supporting our Talent Acquisition team with administrative and project support including scheduling interviews, creating resumes, helping to maintain our applicant tracking system, etc. This person will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures delivery of an efficient, effective, quality driven service to find great hires for Point B. This is a contract position and can be based anywhere in the United States.
Summary of role: Provides administrative support as a member of Point B's internal Talent Acquisition team. Perform a wide variety of activities and tasks to maintain an effective candidate experience.
What you’ll get to do:
Provide overall administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including maintaining and processing documentation and records
Compile and prepare job information for advertising of open positions
Create Point B resumes for new hires
Maintain applicant database in our applicant tracking system (Lever)
Schedule interviews
Conduct reference checks
Support recruiting team members with tasks for special projects
What we expect you’ve already done:
1-3 years administrative or related experience, preferably in a recruiting environment
Previous talent acquisition or HR experience
Ability to work from home
