Senior TOC Engineer
Opelika, AL or Bristol, VA
Summary:
TOC Engineers are responsible for receiving escalations on complex technical issues from the following business areas: Network Operations Center, Call Center, Customer Care, Provisioning, and Field Operations. TOC Engineers are responsible for gathering details and working with front-line teams and customers to isolate and solve complex network challenges. TOC Engineers then create plans to resolve technical issues, execute those plans, and/or escalate to internal engineering resources or vendors for resolution. TOC Engineers are on call as needed.

Education/Experience:
5 or more years of work experience in a Network Operations Center environment as an Engineer or Network Analyst. The ideal candidate will have advanced experience working and collaborating on complex telecom network issues with call centers, provisioning, field operations and engineering teams.
