Job Summary: This position will work within PLNU Marketing and Communications to coordinate across campus departments and external vendors to create compelling marketing materials that reflect the university's mission and values. Salary - Pay Range: S23.00 - $25.00 Internal Classification: Career Track - Support; Job Level - 3 Job Status: Full time *** Job Description: What We're Looking For: High attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to work with regular check-ins and supervision from department leaders or teammates to communicate back progress and updates. Enthusiastic, passionate, and strong work ethic. Strong verbal and communication skills. Proficiency in Google Suite, Workday, and project management software is a plus. Knowledge and experience working with a diverse population is preferred What You'll Be Doing: Coordinating and cross-functioning across internal campus partners and external vendors to produce marketing materials such as brochures, videos, and advertisements. Setting and managing client expectations, assisting in developing detailed project plans, assigning team members to specific tasks, and making sure projects are delivered on time. Providing coordination support to the Director of Marketing Operations and marketing department and Viewpoint publication Compiling and maintaining files for print project samples. Assisting with coordinating artwork and support pieces relating to print jobs. Fielding requests for communications materials from PLNU and outside customers. Providing support for budget billing and reporting. Compiling prospect data into customer management systems. Updating marketing reports as needed. Managing requests for swag purchases, logos, scheduling, and other ad hoc requests. Managing all requests for existing photos (headshots, campus images, etc.) alongside the department photographer. Managing photography/videography coordination and planning. Assisting with the management of the PLNU Canto account alongside the photography team. Maintaining public office calendars (conference rooms, etc.) and be the resource for any calendar/room reservation requests. Assisting with maintaining records of all vendor contracts, SOWs, MOUs, invoices, etc. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: One to two years of coordination experience including experience with Google or Office Suites programs. Accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to use independent judgment in prioritizing tasks. Ability to establish effective working relationships with the PLNU community and the general public. Excellent written and oral skills in English. Understanding of and commitment to the spiritual mission of the university. Evidence of Christian commitment and active church involvement. In addition, staff agree to live in agreement with PLNU’s Community Life Covenant. The job offer is contingent on a clear background check. Physical Requirements: The work is primarily sedentary and may require sitting for extended periods of time.
