We, Pokeworks, are a quick service restaurant featuring Hawaiian poke. At Pokeworks, we strive to promote healthy lifestyle and diet by providing poke using fresh, sustainable ingredients. We currently have 6 locations within our group and are looking to expand.
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing all day-to-day functions of the restaurant. He/she always looks to improve to achieve the highest standards in the customer experience, employee experience, and financial goals. The Manager should be passionate about the food service industry, and seeks to motivate a team to extend the same passion to our guests. Job responsibilities include hiring, managing, supervising and training front and back of house team members, overseeing the quality of our food offerings, scheduling, and inventory control.
Job Responsibilities :
· Knowledge of basic business fundamentals including full understanding of P&L and COGS statements
· Ensuring all productivity numbers, budgets, and sales are met
· Build and motivate crew members by example, exemplifying the core values, passion, and culture of PokeWorks
· Ensure positive customer experiences
· Lead, train, coach, and counsel team members
· Maintaining knowledge of surrounding competitive market place for store development, marketing, and community outreach purposes
· Maintaining direct communications with local vendors
· Resolve guest issues effectively to ensure positive guest experience
· Prepare appropriate weekly staff schedules based on projected business volume
· Ensure high quality of food preparation and customer service consistent with Pokeworks' requirements and procedures
· Ensure all operating activities follow company standards and procedures
· Execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and equipment maintenance guidelines
· Ensure the safety of guests and team members
Job Requirements:

· Minimum of 2 years restaurant or shift lead experience preferred
Compensation:
·Salary starting at $58,000 annually (also based on experience!)
·1% Quarterly Profit Sharing
∙ Quarterly COGS bonus up to $750 (4 times yearly)
