POLITICO seeks a proactive Sales Enablement Manager to join our team, reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive onboarding and sales training programs critical to empowering our sales teams. What You’ll Do:
Sales Training and Onboarding Delivery
- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Sales Enablement to execute and enhance our onboarding and sales training curriculum, ensuring alignment with evolving sales strategies.
- Lead and guide sales employees through onboarding experience, prepare new hires for commercial interactions, and assess new hire readiness after the onboarding program.
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions using diverse formats and platforms, guaranteeing effective knowledge transfer and skill enhancement.
- Create and maintain training materials such as playbooks, presentations, guides, videos and e-learning, ensuring alignment with best practices and evolving sales strategies.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms, metrics, call recordings, and sales manager feedback making iterative enhancements as needed.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales leadership, HR, product, marketing, and other pertinent departments to align onboarding processes with our company's goals and values.
- Collaborate with cross-department stakeholders to build and deliver training.
- Act as a liaison between the Sales Enablement team and sales managers, actively gathering insights on training needs and offering timely support.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new sales methodologies, integrating relevant insights into training programs to drive continuous enhancements.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and feedback to identify areas for refinement within the onboarding and training processes.
Who You Are:
- At least 2 years of previous sales experience with at least 1 year of training experience under your belt (desired).
- Sales Training Specialist: Your expertise lies in crafting and delivering dynamic training programs aligned with sales methodologies for impactful skill development.
- Collaborative Team Player: Thriving in collaborative environments, you excel in working seamlessly with cross-functional teams, driving cohesive sales enablement initiatives.
- Meticulous Organizer and Detail-Oriented: Your approach ensures up-to-date and easily accessible onboarding and training materials for our sales teams.
