Job Summary
- Cut, prepare and insert insulators into the stator irons
- Check stator irons on core loss tester
- Perform wire prep (making coils), winding, harnessing, and labeling
- Identify electrical configurations of all motor types
- Modify or reconfigure motor to fit the demanded application
- Manage work flow process to connect with order/component kitting to ensure priorities are set for build schedules (flexible)
- Perform quality control testing after the stator is wound
- Spot quality concerns and bring to attention of supervisor
- Use good housekeeping and organizational skills to maintain a safe and clean work area
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Dependable with reliable transportation; able to report to work on time every single day.
- Works well independently or as a team; able to function effectively as part of a team.
- Be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Very teachable, willing to learn and understand equipment operation along with company manufacturing procedures.
