Job Description:

Position Overview: 

Polous Beauty Clinic is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. The Customer Service Officer will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service experiences to our clients, managing inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations within the clinic.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Interact with clients in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner, addressing their inquiries, providing information about services, and scheduling appointments.

Appointment Management: Coordinate appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations efficiently, ensuring optimal scheduling to accommodate both client needs and clinic resources.

Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including welcoming clients, managing phone calls, handling correspondence, and maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.

Client Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate client records, including contact details, appointment history, and treatment preferences, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the clinic's services, products, and treatments to effectively address client queries and recommend appropriate solutions.

Conflict Resolution: Handle client complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction and positive client experiences.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other team members, including clinicians and administrative staff, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as needed, including assisting with inventory management, processing payments, and maintaining office supplies.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a spa, beauty clinic, or hospitality environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office Suite and scheduling software.

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.

A passion for the beauty and wellness industry

Salary : $18 - $26
