Position Summary
Serves as the company’s first official representative to the public, attends to visitors, deals with inquiries on the phone and face-to-face, and assists the human resources department.
Responsibilities
- Operates multiline telephone system to answer incoming calls, directs callers to appropriate personnel or department, and provides callers with information as requested.
- Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Provides daily clerical support to the Human Resources Team and other members of management as requested.
- Assists in setting up interviews and coordinating interviews, and assisting with new hire onboarding paperwork.
- Assists in keeping HRIS system up to date, including data entry, scanning personnel records, and running basic reporting.
- Assists HR team and other departments on coordination of employee events.
- Representative of the HR team and takes general employee inquires and directs them to the appropriate HR team member.
- Performs other tasks or duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2-5 years previous like experience is preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)
