Description
Supervises, plans, and organizes the Usher operations for both the Hawaiian Journey Theater and the HA : The Breath of Life Show.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinates and supervises daily manpower needs to maintain high level of efficiency.
- Trains employees regarding safety concerns, guest service, script memorization, and protocol.
- Takes charge to resolve guests concerns and complaints.
- Works closely with other departments to ensure the guest experience exceeds expectations.
- Opens the Hawaiian Journey Theater venue and oversees ushers on behalf of the Manager.
- Creates and manages weekly schedules for employees. Manages employee' hours and timesheets.
Requirements
- Two years of customer service experience.
- Knowledgeable of theatrical etiquette and protocol.
- Able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Have strong interpersonal, managerial and leadership skills as well as strong oral and written communication skills.
- Speak, read and write in English.
Preferred Qualifications :
High School graduate or equivalent.
