RS Customer ASSISTANT
- This position is designed to sign-in, accommodate, and escort the Disaster Recovery customer during a DR testing exercise or an actual emergency DR Declaration to the setup location within the Datacenter.
- Handles other administrative tasks as required.
- Adheres to Security requirements.
- Escalate to the assigned client representative and Pomeroy Manager any documentation, process or procedure discrepancies and follow-up until resolved.
- Must be able and willing to learn new tasks/skills as required.
- Must be able to communicate and understand verbal, written and electronic instructions in English.
