Responsibilities:
- Support Desktops, Laptops, mobile devices and peripherals
- Support Networking Interfaces/Protocols
- Support Business and Productivity Software
- Implement Desktop Operating Systems and Hardware
- Support E-Mail Systems/Standards Provide face-to-face end user support
- Imaging PC and add apps as needed
Qualifications:
- 0-3 Years desktop support experience
- 12 years education
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Problem resolution skills
- Ability to Multi-task
- Break/Fix experience
General office environment Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
Job Type: Full-time
