Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level support for all desktop, software, and hardware issues within the organization.
- Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, Windows/Mac/ operating systems, office software, email, and other applications.
- Troubleshoot problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software, email, and peripheral equipment problems; make repairs and corrections where required.
- Act as a liaison between users and higher-level support teams, ensuring effective communication and quick resolution of issues.
- Conduct hardware and software inventory database maintenance and reporting.
- Assist with the setup of new employees, including desktop configuration, software installation, and email account creation.
- Ensure security and privacy protocols are followed to protect systems and data.
- Provide training and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
- Stay current with the latest technologies and best practices in IT support.
