Job Description:

We are currently seeking Rental Staff for the 2024 Lake season (June-September). This is a great summer job for high school and college students--or anyone with a love for being near the water!

Duties to include but not limited to:

Providing excellent customer service

Greeting customers and providing rental assistance to customers renting boats and jet skis.

Assist customers with docking boats and jet skis.

Checking rental equipment in and out

Clearly communicating Company, Lake, and Marina rules and regulations to customers

Cleaning rental equipment

Reviewing safety and operational information with customers

Driving rental equipment

Effectively communicating with management team.

Qualifications:

Outgoing and comfortable talking to people.

Ability to swim

Ability to work on weekends and holidays

Be able to lift 45 pounds, with assistance, over your head

Ability to act as part of a team

Responsible and reliable

An Ideal Candidate Would Also Possess:

Prior boating experience.

Prior kayaking and paddle boarding experience.

Work Schedule: Weekends and summer holidays are required. Weekdays based on schedule and demand.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Shift:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Weekly day range:

  • Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
