Our Client is in search for a recruiter/talent acquisition professional to help grow an industry leading financial planning company's local firm. The candidate should be up for a challenge and want to be part of building a culture. Recruiting, sales or financial services experience is preferred. The candidate have a passion for working and building relationships in the community and wish to identify the next generation of advisor talent.
The role comes with a base salary plus bonus structure based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships in the community to bring about brand awareness and introductions to professionals looking for a career change
- Find and attend networking events, career fairs and other ways to meet professionals in the community
- Conduct Interviews for potential financial advisors who will be running their own business to assess overall fit
- Review exercises and assessments of candidates to assess the right fit
- Stay connected to your candidates to support them in their career transition through the interview and on-boarding process
- Work closely with leadership team to ensure there is a mutual fit between candidate and the firm
- Accurately maintain candidate files, reports and the database
- Be the gate keeper to the culture
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruiting or sales is preferred
- Two years of business experience
- Knowledge of financial services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
