The Position:
Pool Scouts is a company dedicated to providing a safe and reliable work environment for all of its employees. Pool Scouts is looking for a full-time, year-round high-quality pool service and repair specialist with a natural "can do" work ethic, a positive/flexible attitude and proven and sound experience in the field. In addition to the regular duties of a pool technician, the pool service and repair specialist would be the lead repair and service technician.  Replacing and repairing pumps, filter systems, salt cells, PVC plumbing, as well as, programming systems, light electrical are areas of expertise for this position.  Our technicians are responsible for providing top notch services and positive customer experience for each of our valued clients.  This is an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.  We require 3 years of applicable experience in the pool service-repair industry.

Requirements: 
- We would prefer someone with at least 2-3 years of experience in sucessfully completing pool repairs around the equipment deck and or pool area,  
- Possess a willingness and ability to obtain a Certified Pool Technician or Operator license if you do not currently have one.
- Be able to performe the following:  change out pumps/filter systems/plumbing/lights and light electrical issues at the customers home.   Able to create repair schedules, invoices and follow up with clients in ordering parts and completing repairs.
- Great opportunity for growth and management advancement.  A bonus structure is available.
- Must be available to work 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with some potential weekend work.
- Must have a valid driver's license without restrictions (you must have a license in order to operate our company vehicles so this is non-optional).
- Ability to walk for long periods of time in extreme outdoor temperatures.
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- High proficiency with emailing, instant messaging and use of various electronic devices and applications for effective communication/information sharing.
