Pool Maintenance Technician
PoolWorx is looking for a full-time Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate would have 1 years in the Pool Industry, have a customer service focused attitude, clean driving record, and would be self motivated. Experience with equipment repair, PCC-R Certification, and a CPO license would be a plus.
Job Description
Weekly Pool Maintenance Technicians are responsible for maintaining residential and commercial swimming pools and spas. Technicians will properly balance water chemistry by following PCC-R guidelines, as well as all aspect of cleaning pools and spas, including brushing, backwashing, vacuuming, and netting.
Pool Maintenance Technicians are the face of our company, and the employee that the customer most frequently interacts with. Excellent Customer Service skills is an essential aspect of this role. Candidates must have a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
Essential Job Functions
- Must have a valid drivers license, clean driving record, and be able to safely operate small and medium sized motor vehicles.
- Must be able to work in rain, heat, snow, and wind.
- Must be able to safely lift up to 50lbs
- Must have a positive attitude and ability to work with team members and customers to complete tasks on a daily basis.
- Must be able to use technology.
- Ability to spot/identify any problems with the swimming pool/spa and its equipment in order to be able to notify office.
Non-essential Job Functions
- Ability to quickly learn new skills.
- Ability to assist in tasks that may not be part of your normal job functions.
- Ability to work overtime on short notice
