We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth across Southern California. This role is specifically focused on adding incremental net new business (not on upselling or cross-selling to existing customers).
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to attract new clients and increase revenue from untapped markets. This individual will own a sales goal for themselves and for the team they manage, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the local market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field

- Strong understanding of cloud solutions, cybersecurity, networking, professional services, and procurement
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, both individually and for a team, with a focus on acquiring new business
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
