Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Technician will oversee and assist with a wide range of projects and repairs in our restaurants, which include fixing appliances, carpentry and drywall, electrical, tile, painting, fixing toilets/ plumbing, and other general facility repair issues. In addition, the Technician will provide support and assist with remodels and new restaurant openings. The successful person for the position is a self-starter, versatile and is able to travel daily, to facilitate projects and repairs.
Job Requirements
Experienced working in the trades such as carpentry or plumbing preferably in the restaurant business.- Skilled in the following areas:
- Light Plumbing
- Carpentry
- HVAC is a plus
- Minor Electrical
- Tile, Flooring, Drywall
- Paint Building Exterior
Multi skilled Craftsmen who is able to work both independently and with others.- Good communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair restaurant equipment.
- Ability to work outdoors, on ladders and rooftops in the winter and on call by pager.
- Ability to organize work and meet deadlines. Position may require overtime.
- Valid drivers license with a good driving record.
