Popeyes is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our team in a fast paced, high-volume restaurant. Must exhibit Cajun Hospitality: smile, make eye contact, greet Guests, repeat the order, and thank the Guest to ensure the best experience possible. Must be committed to contributing to the collaborative spirit of the team, be energized by the opportunity to learn, grow, and explore career potential. This position has immediate opportunities for growth into other management positions. Previous management experience is desired. Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Base Salary plus Overtime!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Active leader that creates a productive and positive Team Member experience
• Greet Guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments
• Prepare and package food and drink products
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining room, restroom & exterior
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Check food quality and temperature throughout the day to ensure the food is fresh and safe
• Unload and stock inventory
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Act with integrity and honesty to promote a culture of inclusion and a safe place to work
• Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Demands
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs of force occasionally and up to 15lbs of force frequently following proper lifting procedures
• Ability to carry products/boxes weighing no more than 60lbs
• Consistently push to open and close door to facility, cooler and freezer
• Consistently handle product preparation
• Frequently stoop and pick up supplies and trash
• Consistently stand while serving customers and training
• Consistently operate registers
• Consistently talk to and listen to fellow Team Members and Guests
