Responsibilities
- Control drug accountability including controlled substances and hazardous waste
- Inventory management including floor stocks and outdates
- Automated drug distribution, bar-coding and packaging
- Sterile products preparation and daily IV systems management
- Performs computer order entry, billing, word processing
- Productivity and workflow management
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Enrollment in a College of Pharmacy
- Current license with the Idaho State Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacist Extern
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Experience in Sterile Products Preparation
- Knowledge of automated drug distribution systems and nomenclature
