About the Role:
Portrait is seeking an Expansion Coordinator who will provide administrative support in launching new Portrait locations.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with the members of the Expansion Team to support key parts of the onboarding process
including:- Researching potential Portrait locations
- Project managing parts of the onboarding process
- Ordering supplies
- Adding new providers to Portrait platforms and systems
- Executing onboarding tasks as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally across the company with Operations, Marketing, Growth, etc. to create a
smooth and efficient onboarding process - Ensure key dates and deadlines are met
- Resolve issues or setbacks with ease and a flexible approach
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in an administrative and/or operational focused role
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Take a creative approach to problem solving
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Asana
- Willingness to travel as needed
