Senior Manager, Pro Sellers

We are looking to hire a hands-on leader to drive the growth of our Pro Sellers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business vision and plan to deliver revenue growth for Poshmark’s Pro Seller business segment.
- Partner with product, marketing, and data teams to create a strategic growth plan and drive the business segment roadmap.
- Conduct user and market research to become the Company’s expert on this customer, how to delight them, and what they need to achieve their selling goals. Translate customer needs into features, campaigns, and programs.
- Partner with the data team to understand engagement, retention, and monetization patterns and opportunities. Synthesize data insights into actionable strategies.
- Partner with the product team to design and deliver the best user experience, programs, and tools to help the customer succeed across all dimensions of the user lifecycle.
- Develop quarterly OKRs, key metric forecasts, and business segment reporting.
- Lead executive meetings to share business strategy, results, and key customer insights.
6-Month Accomplishments
- Understand short term and long term priorities and goal commitments for this business segment.
- Deliver on at least 2 high priority initiatives on the Pro Seller roadmap.
- Develop strong working relationships with all cross functional partners including product, marketing, data, community, and key executive stakeholders.
12 Month Accomplishments
- Develop a compelling and achievable strategic growth plan to deliver Pro Seller revenue goals.
- Lead and consistently deliver cross-functional initiatives with high accountability and effectiveness.
- Leverage strong relationships with key stakeholders to deliver a roadmap with broad alignment and support across the organization.
Requirements
- 7 years of relevant experience in areas of ecommerce, marketplace, business and product strategy. 3 years in management and/or leadership capacity. Experience in a general management role is a plus.
- Customer experience obsessed with a proven track record of developing, owning and delivering a roadmap in ecommerce, or other consumer-facing business. Prior experience enabling marketplace sellers is a plus.
- Experience in management and/or execution within a cross-functional matrix structured organization
- Excellent project leadership, project management and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to balance long term strategic priorities with short term tactical needs
- Someone who is passionate, approachable, thoughtful, respectful to our teams
- Self-starter who is excited about the opportunity to define and build things in a fast pace environment while navigating ambiguity
- MBA or equivalent degree and/or experience working in a top tier consulting company will be a plus.
