Responsibilities
This role will temporarily provide administrative support to managers in Posillico's NYC office. Responsibilites will include...
- Credit Card Comdata Coding for Managers
- Payroll
- Print Layoff/Makeup checks – Processed by payroll team in Farmingdale and sent to EA in College Point to print
- Monthly Compliance Reporting (payroll reporting/MEUR/ MWBE)
- OCIP/CCIP Payroll Reporting
- Company OCIP/CCIP enrollment
- Weekend/OT time approval
- Book seminars, golf outings, any travel arrangements for NYC Managers
- UPS shipments inbound and outbound
- Ordering Office Supplies
- Expense reimbursements
- Check requests
- Archiving older files with Iron Mountain
- Bank Run to deposit checks
- Additional Clerical/Filing requests as needed
Qualifications
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills required.• Must possess strong attention to detail and organization.• Working knowledge of general office procedures.• Self-starter with strong verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills.• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment and be able to adapt easily to frequently changing projects.• Must meet reasonable deadlines, quotas and demands with accuracy.• Proficient research, supervisory and communicative skills essential.
