Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Certified Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
Familiarity with networking protocols and troubleshooting techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
