Power Dental Studio based in Lisle, Illinois is seeking a FULL TIME Dental Front Desk Representative who has both clinical and administrative experience in a dental clinic or dental lab setting. This digital dentistry role is a W2 fulltime position, Monday-Friday.
This role maintains, supports and organizes front desk operations in the dental lab. Being able to learn and see the big picture while paying careful attention to detail is essential. The best candidate is highly customer service focused, uses strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver efficient and skilled work product to meet client needs. This highly dynamic role partners with lab operations to help lab technicians stay on time with production demands. The role has a high degree of cross-functional coordination across the operation.
Job Duties
· Maintain and organize all administrative functions in the front office
· Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional and timely client support
· Greet visitors in a pleasant, professional and warm manner
· Provide 5-Star customer service to our internal and external clients
· Ensure a welcoming, pleasant environment
· Monitor incoming client email correspondence and distribute accordingly
· Make phone calls to dental offices
· Enter incoming cases into the software program
· Handle accounting work; A/P, A/R, remote bank deposits, invoicing and bank reconciliations
· Track the progress of cases in the lab
· Order supplies
· Distribute physical mail
· Schedule tasks in the office
· Strong proficiency of lab software management platforms
· Support the lab technicians’ timely schedule
· Able to learn and see the big picture
· Possesses strong customer service orientation
· Excellent communicator and a problem solver
· Other front office tasks and duties as needed
