Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible to process all
incoming customer orders via EDI, phone, fax, email (both direct &
indirect)
• Enter new customer orders
• Change existing orders when
required
• Process drop in orders and
maintain daily log
• Expedite orders through
scheduling department
• Responsible to create and
release ship tickets for all customers worldwide
• Other duties as assigned by
the Global Accounts Manager
• Reconcile any order
discrepancies and coordinate appropriate corrective action
• Work closely with customers
staff to help prioritize PDI's schedule with customer's urgent needs
• EDI update/review
responsibility
• Maintain expedited freight log
Adhere
to all company policies, procedures, general work rules, safety rules and use
of safety equipment as
required either within or
outside the assigned department
• Communicate all pertinent
account activities, requests and needs to appropriate disciplines within PDI
Pay Rate: $19.00-$26.00/Hour
Salary : $19 - $26
