We are currently searching for a dynamic Peak-Time Teller (28 hours average weekly) to join our Credit Union family. This position will be based at our Delray Beach location. This candidate must have full availability from Monday - Friday (8:15 am - 5:45). Approximately 28 hours per week.

In this position you will:
- Be responsible for accurately and expeditiously processing of transactions, balancing nightly and maintaining cash limits within approved limits.
- Ensure transactions are processed accurately and that teller transactions per hour goal is met.
- Ensure records of all money orders, traveler and teller checks transactions are maintained accurately.
- Maintain a high level of personal integrity through a friendly, enthusiastic and professional demeanor.
- Provide WOW member experience by taking ownership of all concerns and exceeding member expectations.
- Effectively cross sell our products and services, by profiling members and engaging them with discovery questions to identify needs then matching the appropriate CU solutions along with related benefits and features. In addition, meet and exceed daily sales referral goals and incorporate opportunities to appropriate specialists.
- Provide quality member service while complying with regulations, credit union policies, procedures , and branch security.
- Displays ingenuity in anticipating and meeting unexpected situations.
- Assist teller department in all areas.
- Answer phones promptly, courteously, and forward to proper party.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
To be considered you will need:
- High School graduate or GED equivalency required
- Minimum: One year experience in like position in related field or with similar duties and responsibilities
- Effective listening and communication skills
- Must be computer literate, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft software
- Aptitude for cross selling
