What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Agent position at Power-Flo Technologies Inc?
This role is Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. Full Time. On-site (not remote).
Duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Communicate with customers via e-mail or phone
- Willingness to gain product/service knowledge
- Conduct research on customer and vendor histories
- Other office administrative duties upon request
Knowledge, Skill and Ability:
- Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced, diverse and growth-oriented environment
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail required
- Strong customer service skills
- Working knowledge of MS-Office Suite including MS-Word and MS-Excel
- Ability to learn and adapt to proprietary software applications
