SUMMARY
The Territory Sales Representative executes sales strategy, initiates contact with existing and potential customers, identifies their needs and sell appropriate product/services to meet those needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain effective relationship with customers by communicating extensively over the phone, and via email in a professional manner.
- Work with Account Managers and independently to identify new clients within existing large client bases.
- Collaborate regularly with colleagues and Account Management team to ensure all SLAs are being met and that customer satisfaction is high.
- Resolve inquiries, investigate complaints, and alert team members to the existence of, and seeks resolution to, any issues pertaining to the account.
COMPETENCIES/REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience developing new business as well as nurturing existing accounts.
- Previous experience in construction or critical service-related industries preferred
- Proven ability to hit aggressive monthly quotas.
- Proficiency in using MS office suite and CRM tools to manage workload.
- If hired, must be able to verify eligibility to work in the United States and pass a pre-employment drug test.

Salary : $60,000 - $200,000
