TC Nu-Star Incorporated (PowerPusher) is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team full time. TC Nu-Star Inc., a global manufacturer of battery powered engineered solutions for material handling equipment specializing in safety and productivity. Our years of experience as a leading designer, manufacturer and innovator in the industry has given us the competitive edge in providing state-of-the-art, reliable, cost-effective load-moving solutions. At PowerPusher we pride ourselves on making the world safer with innovative designs, purpose built to reduce workplace injuries.
In this position, you would identify opportunities in assigned territory to generate new business, reactivate dormant accounts, and grow existing customer business. Guide the consumer journey from start to finish through outstanding customer service and product knowledge. You will report directly to the TC Nu-Star Sales Manager.
With customers like Boeing, Caterpillar, John Deere, Merck, USAF, 3M, and GM to name a few, there is no shortage of new and exciting projects to work on!

Know Our Products
- Become proficient in PowerPusher product category and demonstrate a knowledge of the PowerPusher industries
- Learn ins and outs of assigned territory
- Develop great relationships with PowerPusher reps in assigned territory
- Travel and participate in trade shows
- Ability to listen and communicate, and sell value through differentiation
- Gather & pass on competitive market intelligence
Maintain, Develop and Create Customer Relationships
- Call and connect with new and/or existing customers, dealers and distributors. Guide customers through exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Acquire new customers and convert existing customers through prospecting in assigned territory, outbound marketing campaigns, and referrals
- Engage customers and present products at industry events and shows
- Research potential customers, current customers and markets for potential opportunities
Market and Customer Analysis
- Effectively uses technology-based CRM tool for lead follow-up, pipeline management, forecasting and lost opportunity tracking
- Keeps comprehensive and accurate notes in CRM
- Utilize CRM to identify customer opportunities and track performance
- Identify leads/tracks jobs in CRM
- Participate in business initiatives and projects to drive market growth

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field desired but not required
- 3 – years of Sales Experience and/or Customer Service Experience
- Eager, ready to learn and open to being coached
