The primary duties will include answering phone calls, processing paperwork & files, assisting with general A/P and A/R duties, maintaining a tidy workspace, assisting co-workers, ensuring accuracy of data and info, and helping create a positive and professional customer experience. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service.
Compensation:$25,000 - $35,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming phone calls, make transfers, deliver messages
- Manage incoming text messages
- Follow up with customers as necessary
- Assist with Sales paperwork and filing
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain adequate office supplies
- Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
- History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
- Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
