A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RECEPTIONIST
As a Receptionist, you arrive each day doggedly determined to provide quality and efficient customer service to each and every client-both two-legged and four-legged. As the first point of contact for most of our services, you play an essential role in establishing trust with both current and future clients. You are always professional as you take reservations, answer questions, and resolve concerns both in person and over the phone.
As you check animals in for services, you greet clients warmly, listen carefully, and ensure that each pet parent's instructions and needs are addressed. You handle client billing and daily cash reports with attention to detail and accuracy. Since pet care is the core of our operations, you also assist with all aspects of pet care as needed. You thrive in this busy, fast-paced environment and get great satisfaction out of providing pets and their people with the best service possible!!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RECEPTIONIST
- Knowledge of pet care and veterinary terminology
