DESCRIPTION : :
- Manage recruiting efforts.
- Manage employment processes, including hiring, onboarding, orientation, training, promotion, transfer, performance evaluations, discipline & corrective action, termination, and exit.
- Manage compensation and administer benefits.
- Create and distribute employee communications.
- Promote employee retention.
- Work closely with other managers and department heads to understand staffing needs.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state and local human resources regulations and programs.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Microsoft Office Software to include Word, Excel, Outlook; Paychex.
- Able to quickly recall information and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to think and act independently with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
