Job Description
- Develop and cultivate a strong sales funnel in new and existing markets
- Maintain active prospect lists and add new prospects following tradeshows and conferences
- Keep in close contact with prospects and customers to ensure new and expanding business
- Be able to ask for an order and demonstrate resilience when enduring a longer sales cycle
- Collaborate with Consultants to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
- Maintain accurate data in CRM including contact information, opportunities, and estimated close dates
- Generate significant and repeatable revenue through client relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in sales, marketing, or business administration
- Five (5) years of experience in consultative sales; experience selling consulting or related services is required, experience selling HR related services is preferred
- Strong insight, listening, and interpersonal skills are a must
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
