Responsibilities

  • Process daily deposits
  • Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.
  • Maintain tracking spreadsheet (Excel) for various billing components
  • Generate reports from billing software
  • Manage account balances, discover outstanding debts and inconsistencies
  • Issue invoices and bills to clients through various channels

**Flexibility to work overtime and rotating evening/weekend hours during the tax season**

 

**This position is considered a non-exempt position for the purposes of federal wage-hour law, which means that you will be eligible for overtime pay for hours worked more than 40 in a given work week**

Qualifications

  • Minimum Education Requirement- Bachelor’s Degree with major in Accounting
  • 1-2 years of experience working in an internal accounting capacity
  • Strong computer skills- Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to keep accurate accounting records
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat
