Job Description
Pragmatics, Inc. is looking for multiple Sales Executives who will be directly responsible for driving business within the Federal civilian, homeland security, defense, and intelligence communities. Qualified candidates will have a strong understanding of the programs and acquisition methods used by these clients, including a firm understanding of these accounts, their mission solution requirements, and their challenges. This position will be responsible for:
- Identifying and obtaining substantial new business selling data analytics, DevSecOps, and cyber services and solutions.
- Identifying, qualifying, and obtaining new and ongoing delivery/task orders using existing prime IDIQ contract vehicles such as ITES-2; CIO-SP3; GSA MAS, DLA JETS.
- Identifying, qualifying, and capturing new business opportunities.
- Developing sales/market strategy plans as well as follow through for implementation.
- Collaborating closely across the company in qualifying potential opportunities and provide well thought out bid strategies for winning the business.
- Approximately 10-15 years of successful Federal sales experience.
- Background selling information technology services as well as working knowledge of software development processes and systems development lifecycle as applied in the federal IT environment.
- Detailed understanding of the Federal marketplace including potential customers and competitors.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and with experience working with senior levels of government and corporate management.
- Highly motivated sales professional with successful sales track record.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance is preferred.
- The Sales Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining client and partner relationships to assist in identifying, qualifying, and capturing new opportunities.
- Use candidate’s professional network of business relationships with Government representatives, to pursue and qualify new business leads and develop the requisite strategy to obtain contract delivery/task order awards.
- Work closely with the leadership team to support and coordinate the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new clients through customer meetings, competitive intelligence, gap analysis, and teaming.
- Participate in bid decisions, gate reviews, and the development of cost strategies.
- Provide insight and contribute to writing winning proposals and responses to Task Orders, RFPs, RFQs, RFIs that contain winning capture strategies, win themes, and competitive discriminators.
- Coordinate and participate in customer visits and perform research to understand current and emerging customer needs and requirements.
- Develop short and long-term pipeline of opportunities and effectively communicate all the opportunities and plans for management and technical teams.
- Pragmatics offers market level base compensation and benefits as well as uncapped financial incentives for winning new business.
Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
