Job Essential Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
- Assist with new hire orientation, onboarding efforts, employee training and employee termination processes
- Develops handbooks, performance review processes, job descriptions and other programs, processes and policies in various HR areas
- Advises clients on best Human Resources practices such as handling employee grievances, leaves, interpreting regulations and policies and other employee relations issues that arise
- Assist with benefit plans management
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
Experience:
- 3 years' of experience working in Human Resources
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area is a bonus!
- General knowledge of compliance and employment laws and practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum one year full-cycle recruiting experience required
- Aptitude for learning and highly organized; capacity to prioritize heavy workload while navigating a variety of competing and ever-changing priorities
- Articulate in written and verbal communication
- This person will be required to talk and hear, sit and use their hands and fingers to handle or feel and to manipulate keys on a keyboard. Requires face to face discussions with individuals and teams.
