**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Intake Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Patient welfare and possess strong administrative skills to support the intake process effectively.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the intake process of each patient, including documentation and data entry
- Provide administrative support for medical procedures and treatments
- Maintain accurate records of patient intake, medical history, and treatments
- Coordinate with staff for necessary medical care
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical setting
- Familiarity with medical scheduling software such as Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Experience with phone systems and handling inquiries professionally
- Understanding of protocols and procedures
- Experience in a similar healthcare environment is a plus
