Job Summary:
Compiles and maintains Human Service records by performing the following duties.
Maintains, records information pertinent to employment data, compensation, benefits, attendance, performance reviews/evaluations and termination date and reason. This includes performance evaluations, storage of same in HRIS systems.
Processes employment applications and assists in other employment activities as requested.
Updates employee files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll and other uses.
Examines employee files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized persons.
Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports as requested.
Maintain and records pre-assessments and references, related to employment.
Under direction of VP & CHRO assists in recruitment of staff to include job posting, assessment tools and references peer reviews. May include use of social media and networking tools.
Maintain records of LOA and FMLA as required by regulations.
As requested, compiles and maintains records for use in employee benefits administration.
Prepares and files reports for tuition reimbursement, EEO-1 filing, and various surveys.
Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Education and/or Experience:
Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
