MISSION
The Robotic Operator will be responsible for system operation and upkeep. This includes but is not limited to:
- System Safety
- System Operation
- Intermediate Troubleshooting uses robot alarm screen and HMI
- Assigned Preventative Maintenance
- Area Cleanliness
- Communicate with operators, supervisors, maintenance, and technical staff
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- . Objective:
The Robotic Operator will understand all system safety requirements and be responsible for keeping the cell in a safe working order. If an issue arises, the Robotic Operator will shut the system down and work with the supervisor, maintenance, and technical staff to resolve the issue.

Basic System Operation
- Load/Unload Part
- Replace Consumables
- Scan Part/Lot and Operation Sequence
- Start Program
- Part Inspection
- Run Tool Center Point (TCP) Program
- Basic understanding of total system function
- Ability to trace issue to major peripheral system
- Monitor production process based on defined criteria in Technique Card(s).

- Will be capable of performing intermediate troubleshooting in order to maximize cell uptime.

- Assist maintenance staff with system operation when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior robotic experience strongly preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to read and interpret Technique Cards, routings, and other special instructions.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to resolve problems and share information with others.
- Ability to work independently.
- Physical ability to perform the essential job functions including lifting or maneuvering objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in difficult working conditions, which may include exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, and other elements for extended periods of time.
