Our Summer 2023 Internships run 11 weeks, 40 hours per week (flexible) with the program starting June 6th and concluding on August 18th. Our internship is a fully remote (or work from our luxury office in Boston, MA if preferred), paid opportunity!
We will supply you with a laptop to allow daily video chats, client meetings, and collaboration & mentorship from your team.

Your Day-to-Day
As an Art Director Intern, you will work alongside the interactive team to help develop tactics that are creative and consistent with strategy, brand guidelines, and industry rules. You will prepare files in accordance with specifications for pre-press/release as well as digital deployment. During your internship, you will participate in concept brainstorms, internal design, and client-facing work as needed. During your time at PRECISIONeffect, you will obtain a clear understanding of agency process, workflow, and each departments’ role and responsibilities.
Required Experience
- Currently enrolled in an accredited degree program, ideally entering your undergraduate junior or senior year in Fall 2023
- Must have a portfolio. Visual samples from class are acceptable.
- A high level of computer competency and intermediate or advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Helpful Experience
- Shown interest in medical communications, healthcare, managed markets, and the healthcare delivery system
- Leadership experience, including networking and relationships building
